July 4th Camping Trip

So over July 4th weekend we decided that we would go camping. We drove to a place a coworker of Nathan had recommended, but we didn't really like it so we drove on into the unknown.
A couple hours later we ended up in Maryland and the Green Ridge State Park. They had the best campsites! Each being a least a mile from any other campsite so it was like we were all by ourselves. The one we decided to stay at was up a little canyon off the main road and had a pond about 100 yards away. It was perfect!
We had a good time together as a family making hobo dinners and roasting smores, albeit it was a little more challenging with a toddler. We might wait untill Evan is at least 30 before we attempt it again, but I'm glad we went.Evan eating his first Smore. He was loving it!
Yum!
Our Campsite and our little camper.
Dad saying, "Evan, stay here."
You can see how effective that was.
Evan helping Dad with the fire or should I say Nathan trying to keep Evan from jumping in the fire.

He liked playing with his trucks on the park bench. He's all boy!
